The identity was designed as a bespoke Art Deco monogram, interweaving the property’s initials into a refined oval mark inspired by old Hollywood estates. Created to support the relaunch of the estate by Compass agent Seth O’Byrne, the mark conveys prestige, permanence, and cinematic glamour—positioning Le Grand Blanc Maison as a landmark luxury property with timeless appeal.
